CaliberCore
Privacy policy
Effective September 20, 2026
This policy explains how CaliberCore, developed by Andres Alberto ("we," "us" or "our"), handles information in the app and when you contact support.
Your app records stay on your devices. CaliberCore does not automatically send your collection or range records to us, sync them through iCloud, or use advertising, tracking, analytics or third-party crash-reporting services. If you choose to email us, we receive the information you include in your message.
1. Records stored on your devices
Information you enter or import into CaliberCore is stored locally. This may include firearm and equipment details, serial numbers, ammunition quantities and lot numbers, purchase information, photos, receipts, documents, maintenance notes, range sessions, target photos and timing results.
The app uses these records to provide the features you choose. We do not receive or maintain a server copy of your collection or range records, and we cannot remotely view, recover or delete those local records.
2. No app cloud sync or tracking
CaliberCore does not implement iCloud or CloudKit synchronization of app records. It does not include advertising networks, behavioral tracking, analytics SDKs or third-party crash-reporting SDKs, and it does not sell or rent your personal information.
Your device operating system may separately include app data in a device backup depending on your settings. Device backups and Apple's system services are separate from CaliberCore's app functionality and are governed by your Apple settings and Apple's privacy policy.
3. Device permissions
Features you choose may request access to your camera or selected photos to scan barcodes or attach images, to files you select for import, or to your microphone for shot timing. These features process information locally; CaliberCore does not send your photos, documents or microphone input to us. Where a feature uses motion information, that information is also processed on your devices.
If you enable device authentication such as Face ID, Apple handles authentication. CaliberCore does not receive your facial scan or biometric template.
You can change or revoke app permissions in your device's Settings. A feature that needs a permission may be unavailable after you revoke it.
4. App Store purchases
Apple processes App Store subscriptions and one-time purchases. CaliberCore uses the purchase-status information supplied by Apple to unlock paid features. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple handles your Apple Account and payment information under its own privacy policy.
You can manage an App Store subscription through your Apple Account settings. Deleting CaliberCore does not cancel an active subscription.
5. Files you choose to export or share
When you choose to export a report, save a file or share an attachment, you decide its destination. The file may contain the records included in your export. Copies saved outside CaliberCore remain in the location you selected, and the recipient or service you choose handles those copies under its own terms.
6. Support messages
If you email calibercore2026@gmail.com, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments you send. We use that information to respond, investigate your issue and maintain necessary support records. Providing this information is optional.
Our support mailbox uses Gmail, so messages are also processed by Google as the email provider. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain relevant support records or meet applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of support correspondence by emailing us. We will delete it unless continued retention is required by law.
Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, firearm serial numbers or other sensitive records unless necessary for your request.
7. Your choices and deletion
You control the records on your devices. Use the app's available editing and deletion controls to remove records. Deleting the app removes its local app data from that device; offloading the app may preserve it. Separately saved exports, photos, backups and copies on another device must be managed in their respective locations.
Export any records you want to keep before deleting the app. We cannot restore records that were stored only on your device. For information you voluntarily sent to support, contact us to request access, correction or deletion.
8. This support website
These support and privacy pages do not include analytics scripts, advertising trackers or a contact form. Email links open your email application. The website hosting provider may process standard connection information, such as an IP address and browser request information, to deliver and secure the site. That website traffic is separate from the records stored inside CaliberCore.
9. Changes to this policy
We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. Any future feature that changes how information is collected or shared will be reflected in the policy and applicable App Store privacy disclosures.
10. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact CaliberCore's developer at calibercore2026@gmail.com.
